Responsabilidades / Responsibilities

Purpose of the Position

Manage, plan, control, and follow up on the activities of the Human Resources area, providing support and guiding the HRBPs team in developing the work.

Responsible of the area's performance indicators in order to ensure and guarantee the application of the HR programs and policies; promoting the necessary changes for the development of the teammates so that the objectives of the business and the teammates are convergent; continuously seeking and implementing actions and measures that lead the teammates to commit themselves to the goals of the company; ensuring compliance with legal obligations and the company's internal rules; assuring the teammates to remain motivated and productive.

Partnership with HR teams, COEs and Leaders to implement projects.

 

Responsibilites

  • Manage HRBPs team to act as HR consulting and coaching, working with business leaders to solve significant people and cultural issues, provides expertise in technical and regulatory aspects of employment including hiring, termination, performance management, rewards and others.
  • Identify the related needs between the customer areas under his responsibility and Human Resources, through direct and continuous communication, to plan together with the Human Resources specialist areas the best strategy to meet the customer area demands.
  • Monitor the Human Resources process activities in the client area under his/her responsibility (vacations, updating job descriptions, performance evaluations, 360°, organizational climate, personnel movement, talent retention, filling vacancies, salary increases, etc.), ensuring the standardization of the processes and the compliance with internal and regional Human Resources procedures.
  • Enabler of Culture: Create an environment of positive teammate relations, keep confidentiality, establish trust and credibility, seen by teammates as approachable and fair, balance business needs with teammate needs, and spend significant time interfacing directly with client base.     
  • Drive and improve HR processes across client groups; enable functional transformation, drive organizational effectiveness and change initiatives and Coach leaders on talent management and performance differentiation.
  • Provides consultation to the business and accountable for the attraction, development, retention, and engagement of talent. Responsible for implementing the Change Management Culture. Manage the standardization and optimization of processes through the region and BU.            
  • Unify the HR process by managing a team of HRBPs to Counsels employees in career planning and development to promote a motivated, trained, and competent work force (Talent Consultant).                                                                                                                                                                              
  • Lead BR HR Manufacturing Projects, ensuring the planning, development and implementation of each HR project, validating the plans and expected results with the area Board.                                                                                                                                                                             

Qualificações / Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree (Business, Human Resources Management or other related field) required. Master’s degree a plus

Specific technical knowledge: SAP, Office packages: Word, Excel, Power Point

 

Essential experience:

  • 5-7 years’ work experience within the Human Resources function, preferably in a large organization; a minimum of 4 years in an HR role with exposure to the talent acquisition function
  • Experience in planning and coordinating small to mid-sized projects.
  • Teammate Engagement / Managing Risk / Business partnership and accountability / Effective Consulting / Lead Professionals/managers

Desirable experience: Solid working knowledge of the current HR technology landscape and industry trends
