Responsabilidades / Responsibilities

We are looking for a proactive, self-motivated person able to manage the regional sales team under your responsibility, with relationship with customer/dealer accountability for results related to sales, sales budget, profitability, market share, credit, and pricing.

She/He will report to OTR Senior Mg as well as periodical communication with OTR responsible in BSJ(G-MICA), BMSL and BSBR-RJ.

 

For our LAS(Brazil) region, we are looking for Sales Regional Manager, responsible for all OTR (BS & FS) products to be sold through BSBR to Rep. & OE customers.

  • She/He will manage the regional sales team under your responsibility, with accountability for results related to sales, sales budget, profitability, market share, credit, pricing;
  • She/He will visit Dealers, Direct sales customers and OEM customers together with Technical Sales Consultant to enhance relationship and gather market information;
  • She/He will monitor sales results in Brazil, also analyze results by Dealer, by Customer (including OEM), by Segment as well as by Region, with the aim of improving market share and increasing Sales units;
  • She/He will perform financial analysis of sales, verifying the mix sold in order to maximize regional profitability;
  • She/He will monitor visit planning and visit reports from the Technical Sales Consultant;
  • She/He will work for Budget/Target setting process, result/forecast study including monthly production order, together with Business Planning & Marketing team and related departments.

Qualificações / Qualifications

Professional Attributes:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or related fields;
  • Professional Experience: 3 years in management positions. 4 years in the tire market.

  • Strong Leadership;
  • Well organized; attention to detail;
  • Flexibility and ability to meet deadlines;
  • Multi-tasking skills;
  • Teamwork promoter;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • High confidentiality level;
  • Proficient in MS Office.

Languages: Portuguese & English (Fluent).
