The Logistics Director will be responsible for leading the entire strategy, operations, and optimization of logistics activities in Brazil, encompassing supply planning, sourcing, international logistics, distribution, and end-to-end delivery. The Director will act as a key link between global and local teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives, operational excellence, and inside sales.

• Supply Planning & Sourcing: Lead the demand and supply planning process for the region, ensuring a balance between product availability, inventory levels, and operating costs;                                                                                                             
• Coordinate local and international sourcing strategies, evaluating sources and performance;                                                        
• Manage logistics and people cost budget;                                                    
• Work with commercial and manufacturing departments to ensure accurate demand forecasting and supply capacity;             
• Coordinate distribution centers, regional transportation, last mile, and reverse logistics;                   
• Implement and monitor operational KPIs such as OTIF (On Time In Full), Lead Time, Logistics Cost (% of Revenue), among others;        
• Lead logistics digitalization and automation projects (e.g., TMS, WMS, real-time visibility, predictive analytics);               
• Ensure the safety, sustainability, and compliance of logistics operations;                                                                                    
• Interface with the International Logistics department.
