Responsible for controlling, processing and organizing data strategically in the Human Resources areas and subsystems. Analysis of quantitative data and organization of unstructured data, transforming it into relevant information for business decision-making. Will assist the HR team in making informed people decisions and recommendations by using internal and external tools, resources, and vendor partnerships. Provide data insights, reporting and recommendations that influence our talent and workforce objectives. Connects our overall HR strategy to business needs and goals by building compelling business cases through data analytics. Identifies internal and external trends and delivers these findings and recommendations in order to drive proactive planning with the HR


  • Development of comprehensive KPIs, including Performance, Talent Acquisition, Talent Retention, and others, to measure and drive organizational success;
  • Collecting data on different databases from the HR Business team in the different LA regions in order to develop management indicators; Uses data from internal and external sources to provide insight to decision-makers;
  • Responsible for proposing and implementing tools for internal use in the data area, with a view to increasing the maturity and development agility of the HR team;
  • Reporting monthly to the HR Director on the consolidated Human Resources data for the entire LA region in order to facilitate decision-making;
  • Full performance from the mapping, collection and transformation of data to the production of crucial insights on which to base strategic business decisions.;
  • Create trend analyses based on the indicators, proposing action plans and monitoring their development to improve the company's results;
  • Monitoring metrics and results for areas and the company as a whole;
  • Being responsible for supporting the HR teams in the design of strategic indicators, through meetings and data analysis for the appropriate development of KPIs;
  • Transform business needs into solutions aligned with the tools and strategies of the data platform;
  • Analyze and interpret the results, creating dashboards in appropriate tools such as Power BI to facilitate the information;
  • Prepare monthly study presentations and reports with information from Power BI for presentation to the HR department.;
  • Identifies and interprets trends, patterns and benchmarks that influence our HR initiatives, including solving for critical talent challenges, recommendations around talent program performance, HR programs and Strategies and guiding both short term and long-term People decisions;
  • Showcases effectiveness through designing and translating information into dashboards and scorecards ;
  • Leverages data to create innovative narratives and tools to address business specific business challenges; turning data into actionable insights and recommendations.;
  • Develops and manages multiple, comprehensive project schedules to meet targeted deadlines in a fast-paced, fluid, and entrepreneurial environment.;
  • Organizes and sets clear expectations for all project tasks and deliverables and holds project team members accountable for meeting deadlines.;
  • Monitors and documents changes in project scope, and plans as needed to ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality are not adversely affected.;
  • Lead data projects from requirements mapping to architecture modeling and data availability.


  • Graduated in Administration, Data, Engineering or similar
  • Solid Knowledge Of Information Technology
  • Excel and Power Point (Advanced)
  • Power BI (Advanced)
  • SPSS (Advanced)
  • Advanced English
  • Leadership and influence skills to bring people to challenge status quo


Desirable experience:

  • SAP HCM and SAP S/4 Hana
