Responsabilidades

As a key member of the EVEREST ERP release team, the Training Lead is responsible for ensuring all teammates affected by program changes will be properly informed and trained in advance of these impacts.  The EVEREST ERP program is changing the way the Bridgestone Tire Operations team does business.  We are beginning with the Brazil business area but will follow with the same program throughout the Americas.  The right candidate will be part of this team through the multi-year rollout.  This role is expected to be a bridge from the Brazil team and the North American team, to cross cultural and language barriers to help us enable success.  This role reports to the ERP Sustainment Leader.

 

Training:  The individual in this position will be the business-side leader of our training approach.  You will work with our implementation partner to ensure the changes coming are known, planned for, and all impacted teammates are prepared when the system goes live. 

 

Change Readiness Support:  The Sustainment group is closely tied with the Organizational Change Management function of the program.  As part of that team, the Training Lead will need to be willing to help with other change readiness activities as needed, such as working with our Change Champions in the business and role-to-change mapping.  This is a dynamic team, and we all have to be willing to go outside our personal list of responsibilities for the greater good.

 

Training:

  • Define End User Training approach
  • Work with the training lead from our implementation partner to ensure a high quality and thorough training plan is created and executed
  • Ensure training development standards are created and upheld
  • Ensure training meets cultural and language needs of all affected teammates
  • Oversee training scheduling
  • Work with functional area teams to develop training as each sprint is completed
  • Work with operations teams to prepare for upcoming training and lock in a comprehensive delivery plan
  • Plan and oversee execution of train-the-trainer
  • Oversee training delivery
  • Create a training review and improve cycle

 

Qualificações

  • Mid-Senior level experience in an enterprise Training role, including leadership and signoff of training product (5+ yrs. preferred)
  • 7+ yrs. experience in enterprise roles with related responsibilities
  • Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in related field of study
  • Demonstrable Strong Portuguese and English language skills
  • Proven ability to review, assess, and improve on training plans and work product
  • Knowledge of LMS platforms
  • Experience building relationships with a variety of business areas – manufacturing to accounting, C-suite executives to front line workers
  • Ability to communicate in a clear, concise manner
  • Ability to work with minimal oversight; highly responsible and self-motivated
  • Ability to lead effective and productive meetings
  • Ability to communicate in manufacturing environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Postgraduate degree in related field
  • Fluent in Spanish
  • Leadership experience with project or operational teams
  • Background in manufacturing or finance processes
