Implement the strategy and contribute to the design for leadership Training and Development, Talent Management and DE&I which promotes the continuous development and inclusion of all teammates through LA Business and Manufacturing:


  • Define implementation plan for Learning & Development, Talent Management and Diversity & Inclusion in order to standardize and align corporate practices through LA( LAN/ LAS).
  • Analyze LD/ TM/ DE&I business needs and implement actions/ solutions.
  • Maintain and report key performance indicators(KPIs).
  • Support and train Business/ Manufacturing Leaders, HR Leaders, HRBPs, COes and local L&D.
  • Implement digital, social, mobile, virtual and global solutions.
  • Interaction with the centers of excellence in the USA.


  • Bachelors degree required; Human Resources, Administration, Communication or related.
  • 3+ years of experience in training assessment instruments and methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a highly matrixed environment.
  • Demonstrated facilitation and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in regional processes / projects.
