Responsabilidades

  • Ensures the internal control for the compliance of legal, audit, social responsibility, learning and development and general information requirements obligations. Attend with leaders audit needs and responds to general business survey’s needs.
  • Registration and administrative control KPI’s of Learning and development, exit interviews and personnel administration needs.
  • Supports and coordinates with leaders the cultural activities and events (alignment among BPs)
  • Provides support as a liaison between COE’s and HRBP’s.
  • Supports the implementation of TA and L&D projects (LAN & Brazil Young Executive program , Dan Totsu, Training needs, etc.,)
  • Control and administrates the training investment and budget control.
  • Perform the administrative process and contact with vendors & Universities.
  • Responsible for the onboarding & Induction program with HRBP’s for new hiring's.
  • Help on implementation of teammates Engagement & Satisfaction surveys, Engagement Pulse Surveys, Talent Review and 360/Development Feedback Assessments to identify individual and organizational improvement opportunities
  • Manage development actions related to individual and organizational needs, through internal or external Coach/Mentoring programs
  • Develop and maintain process documentation and training to support end-user needs for HR data management within SF
  • Handling of legal requirements such as Apprentices and social inclusion (% of hiring/developing/fups of “Menor aprendiz)

Qualificações

  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or related field
  • Must have 5 years’ experience as training/cultural/generalist specialist
  • Must have experience in training, culture strategies, L&D
  • Solid understanding of general processes and KPI’s control
  • Solid understanding in development tools (9Box | Sucession Plan)
